Area information
Should you not find our hotel right away, the reason could be that Hotel Transit is situated in a typical Berlin courtyard in the Kreuzberg district. It's the colourful mix that makes Kreuzberg so fascinating: you'll find a variety of cafés, bars, international restaurants, antique and second hand shops. Kreuzberg has developed its own interesting alternative culture scene with galleries, fringe theatres, concert halls and cabarets.
Travel information
Our hotel is centrally located and close to the underground stations Mehringerdamm and Hallesches Tor. You can reach Kurfürstendamm/Zoologischer Garten and Friedrichstrasse in 10 minutes by underground. The bus number M19 offers a 24 hour service to and from the Kurfürstendamm. Next underground stop is 'Mehringdamm' Arriving at the mainstation take 'S-Bahn' to Friedrichstrasse and change to 'U-Bahn' U6 direction 'Alt-Mariendorf' and leave at 'Mehringdamm', follow Mehringdamm, cross over Yorckstrasse and the next on the right is Hagelberger Strasse.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
