For social activities, we offer 4 different meeting rooms which can be equipped with various types of audiovisual aids. The rooms are of different sizes and capacities; 2 of them can also be connected and prepared to adapt to the diverse needs of seminars, conventions, conferences, meetings and banquets.

The 122 rooms of the Madrid Carlton have been designed with attention to detail so that the pleasant decor and furnishings provide you with a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a digital telephone, radio, Wi-Fi internet access and a bathroom with hairdryer and other amenities.

One of the hotel’s most attractive aspects is its excellent varied buffet breakfast service. It is available from 07:30 to 11:00 from Monday to Friday. There is a special timetable for Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 07:30 until 11:45 to enable you to enjoy it at your leisure. The cafe restaurant La Galerie also offers a snack bar from 13:00 until 23:00, as well as an a la carte lunch from 13:00 until 15:30 and a dinner service from 20:30 until 23:00.

Situated in one of the most central and interesting areas of Madrid, within easy distance you will find the Art Triangle (comprised of the Prado Museum, the Queen Sofia Art Gallery and the Thyssen Museum). Also close by are the Botanical Gardens and the Atocha-AVE railway and underground station, enabling you to quickly and easily reach other parts of the city.

By Car (from Madrid Barajas International Airport): - Take the N-2 motorway and exit onto the M-30 motorway towards the south. - Leave the M-30 motorway at the Legazpi exit and you will soon be on the Paseo de las Delicias, where the Hotel Carlton is located. By Metro: The nearest Metro stations are Atocha (line 1) or Palos de la Frontera (line 3).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 9.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
